Attack of the Pole Beans

The package lies. Six to eight feet tall HA. These suckers are climbing to the top to the greenhouse which is over 13 feet. I constantly redirect the vines back down and around the trellis and rafters. I planted 4 or 5 rows of beans in the 30 gallon container, but made sure to trellis the front and back separate so they would be easier to harvest. As the beans grew I directed the vines to the trellises so they would be spaced out nice and even. Then they decided to grow past the top and make a big mess up there.

The photo is not so good, but you can sort of see whats happening. Compare to what the beans looked like in May.
