The carrots have finally arrived. They grow everywhere except where I was digging around to see if any had sprouted yet. A few were too close together so I pull them. It was interesting to see that the roots are already about 2 inches long, even though the cotyledons where not even unfolded yet. Today the greenhouse temps reached almost 80. Outside was 65.
Today I also transplanted two broccoli plants into an 18 gallon self watering container. I am going to harden off the rest a little longer - but these two had shown no signs of being effected by the hardening off so far. I think they'll be alright. They are about 6 inches tall.
