UPDATE: I've been told by several people (thanks Mom) that this is scale. I picked them off by hand and they keep coming back, so I might have to try an oil spray. I have no other insects in the greenhouse except the scale. Maybe there is enough food for a few ladybugs now?
Trying to figure out what these are. I've only found them on the Meyers lemon tree, under the leaves. Over the past three months I've probably only found 6 or 8 of these. Today I found close to 20. The top side of the leaf is usually accompanied by sticky drops of clear something. Any ideas?

Thank you. I'm looking into ways to get rid of them now.
