Aphids, Peppers, Ladybugs

I found aphids on the peppers a little while back and had got them under control before they got out of hand using ladybugs and an organic insecticidal soap. Things looked good for the last week. I occasionally find maybe one or two aphids per plant. Today I noticed that the leaves are showing signs of damage, and I can only hope that the damage is from the previous encounters with the aphids, and not some ongoing disease or pest I can't see... here's the photos.

This was a result of using a insecticidal soap (diluted neem oil) in the morning, only to be burnt in the heat of the day. The damage has stopped, but remains. No harm done, just ugly leaves.
